Appellate Lawyer in Massachusetts

As an appellate lawyer, I represent both appellants and appellees in single justice petitions for relief from interlocutory orders and appeals of final judgments of the Probate and Family Court and Juvenile Court.  I provide consulting services to attorneys on litigation strategy in order to preserve issues for appeal, as well as litigation support services for the preparation of motions, memoranda, and other pleadings to be filed in the trial court.  I also provide consulting services to attorneys on appellate strategy, the preparation of the brief, and mooting them for oral argument.
